How To Change Your Disarm Code

1. Switch on the ignition.

2. Disarm the system using the existing code or tag/smartphone and recieve tone.

3. Press any button on the Starline network 5 times.

4. Cycle ignition off and on.

5. 5x bleeps will follow, confirming entry in the code change mode.

6. Enter the new code using the standard buttons.

7. 3 seconds after the end of the new code entry, 2 bleeps will follow.

8. Enter the new code again using the standard buttons.

9. If the code matches, 2 bleeps will follow. Otherwise, a long bleep will be heard, repeat items 6,7 & 8.

10. Switch off ignition.

11. After 30 seconds... test the new code.

Notes : 

1. pressing interval not more than 3 seconds. Hold the button until a confirming sound signal is heard)

2. The new owner authorization code can consists of a code sequence, containing 3 to 10 pressings of the standard buttons.

How To Pair A Phone

1. Switch on the ignition.

2. Disarm the system using the existing code or tag/smartphone and recieve tone.

3. Press any button on the Starline network 7 times.

4. Cycle ignition off and on.

5. 7x bleeps will follow, confirming bluetooth discovery is enabled.

6. Open the Starline Key app and start search.

7. Select Starline i96 CAN and enter code '000000'.

8. No connnection will display on the device but you will recieve a single bleep.

9. To pair additional phones/tags repeat steps 6, 7 & 8 one at a time.

10. Once all phones/tags have been paired turn the ignition off.

11. A coresponding number of bleeps will confirm how many devices have been paired.

12. Turn on the igniton, the system will disarm and a single device will show connected.

How To Enter & Exit Valet/Service Mode

1. Switch on the ignition.

2. Disarm the system using the existing code or tag/smartphone and recieve tone.

3. Press any button on the Starline network 11 times.

4. Switch ignition off and on.

5. 2x bleeps will follow, confirming entry into Valet/Service Mode.

​Exit

1. Switch on the ignition.

2. Disarm the system using the existing code or tag/smartphone and recieve tone.

3. 2x bleeps will follow, confirming entry into Valet/Service Mode.​

 

 

Input Emergency Disarm Code

 

1. Take Note Of The 4 Digit Code Found In The Top Right Hand Side Of Your Starline Card. (eg.3241)

2. Switch on the ignition.

3. Press any button on the Starline network the number of times corresponding to the first digit of the code. (eg.3)

4. Pause for 1 seconds.

5. Repeat, press any button on the Starline network the number of times corresponding to the second digit of the code. (eg.2)

6. Pause for 1 seconds.

7. Repeat, press any button on the Starline network the number of times corresponding to the third digit of the code. (eg.4)

8. Pause for 1 seconds.

9. Repeat, press any button on the Starline network the number of times corresponding to the Forth digit of the code. (eg.1)

10. 3 short bleeps will follow if correct. The system is now disarmed and ready to learn a new code.
